On our first phone contact, we will listen to your case and advise you for free, yes for free. During this phone call, we will give you as many answers as you need and will inform you about the full insurance claim process.
Then, once we know more about your issue, within the next 48 hours one of our professional loss assessors will go to your property to analyse the situation and assess the damages. In addition, we will let you know how to prevent the increase of the damages. At this visit, we will determine if we have the possibility to win the claim and inform you immediately. No Win No Fee. If we resolve that there is no possibility to win we won’t charge you any fee.
